Which monitors work?

Bluetooth monitors that use the standard Bluetooth blood pressure service, including many from Yuwell, A&D, Beurer and Microlife. Withings, iHealth, Qardio and Xiaomi monitors use their own protocols and aren't supported; many Omron monitors work, but some don't. To check yours, open BP Sync, go to Settings › Monitors and tap Search for Monitors.

Why aren't all Bluetooth monitors supported?

Bluetooth has a published standard for blood pressure readings, and that's what BP Sync reads. Some makers use their own private format that only their app can read. BP Sync doesn't try to decode these: they aren't documented, they can change with any update, and a blood pressure app can't risk showing a wrong number. Many of those makers' apps can save to Apple Health themselves.

How do I connect my monitor?

Turn on Bluetooth, open Settings › Monitors and tap Search for Monitors. Put the monitor in pairing mode or take a reading, then choose it from the list. After that, BP Sync connects on its own each time you take a reading.

My readings aren't arriving

Keep your iPhone near the monitor and make sure Bluetooth is on. Some monitors send readings only for a short time after measuring, so open BP Sync if a reading doesn't appear. If it still doesn't work, send us the Bluetooth log from Settings › Help › Bluetooth Log using the form below.

Readings aren't in Apple Health

Check that saving isn't paused: tap "In Health" on the main screen. Then open the Health app, go to Sharing › Apps › BP Sync and turn on Blood Pressure and Heart Rate.

How do I restore BP Sync Pro?

Open Settings › BP Sync Pro and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I delete my data?

Swipe left on a reading to delete it from BP Sync and Apple Health. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. See the privacy policy for details.
